Workplace Specialist

We are seeking a Workplace Specialist for a contract opportunity in the Westlake/Roanoke, TX area. This role is ideal for a highly organized workplace operations, hospitality, events, or administrative support professional who enjoys creating productive, engaging, and efficient office environments.

The Workplace Specialist will help oversee site operations, support workspace planning, manage vendor relationships, and partner with Workplace, Physical Security, IT, and business leaders to improve the employee experience. Key Responsibilities

- Assess workspace utilization, employee experience, and workflow efficiency to support productivity, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- Lead workplace projects from planning through completion, including timelines, budgets, stakeholder communication, and execution.
- Partner with Workplace, Physical Security, IT, and leadership teams on space planning, resource allocation, site needs, and employee support.
- Manage vendor relationships for services such as furniture, food services, audio visual support, design, and other workplace-related needs.
- Support site operations, employee engagement initiatives, workplace events, and ongoing improvements to the employee experience.
- Conduct post-project evaluations, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay Rate: $25 to $30 per hour.
- Duration: 3 to 4 months.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
