\n Assembly Associate Duties:\n
\n o Assemble automotive parts using hand and power tools\n
\n o Follow detailed work instructions to ensure accuracy and safety\n
\n o Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals\n
\n o Cross-train in multiple areas to expand your skillset\n
\n o Maintain a clean and organized workspace\n

\n Schedule:\n
\n o 1st Shift\n
\n o Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.\n
\n o Overtime available as needed\n

\n

\n Pay: $19 per hour\n
\n o Consistent full-time hours with overtime opportunities\n

\n Assembly Associate Requirements:\n
\n o At least 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience\n
\n o Ability to lift 20–25 lbs regularly\n
\n o Comfortable using hand tools and assembly equipment\n
\n o Willingness to learn and take on new tasks\n
\n o Strong attention to detail and reliability\n
