We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join a growing business in the logistics sector.

This role will focus on developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the company. The successful candidate will be confident engaging with clients, identifying opportunities, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generating new business opportunities and developing existing accounts.

• Building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
\n
• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to account set-up.
\n
• Negotiating commercial terms and securing new business.
\n
• Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity.
\n
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of service delivery.
\n
• Identifying market opportunities and supporting business growth initiatives.
\n

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales, business development, account management, or customer-focused role.
\n
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Self-motivated with a proactive and driven approach.
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
\n
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
\n
• Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
\n
• Experience within logistics, transport, supply chain, or a related sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
