We are currently looking for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to enhance our professional team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients through effective interpersonal communication. You will provide essential services that help patients achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and reporting any changes in patients' conditions. Additionally, you will be expected to assign tasks, instruct, and oversee the clinical activities of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on a daily basis.

Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements
  • Completion of an accredited LPN program
  • Current licensure/registration in the relevant state. An active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing must be maintained throughout employment.
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
  • CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation. This certification must remain current throughout employment.

  • Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
  • Competently and knowledgeably provide quality nursing care to patients
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
