Per Diem Outpatient Hospital Pharmacist - Florissant, Missouri

This opportunity is for a Pharmacist to provide skilled inpatient and behavioral health pharmacy services in a hospital setting. The position requires coverage on specific dates in August, offering a per diem schedule that fits professionals seeking flexibility alongside meaningful clinical work.

Location: St. Charles, MO
Schedule/Hours:

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 30-minute unpaid meal break

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately within an inpatient behavioral health environment
• Manage medication repackaging and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Operate and maintain automated medication dispensing systems
• Run inventory restock reports to maintain adequate medication supply
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient-centered care

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in Missouri
• Experience with Omnicell automated dispensing systems preferred
• Familiarity with repackaging medications using Milt/Medi-dose or HCL systems is highly desirable
• Basic skills in loading medications into automated machines and generating restock reports
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
