Work-Life Balance

• Four-day workweek.

Practice Overview

• Approximately a 50/50 mix of obstetrics and gynecology, adaptable to your interests.
• Deliveries range from 50 to 60 per month, utilizing a team-based approach.
• Services offered include:
  • Minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries.
  • Robotic-assisted procedures.
  • Hysteroscopy, colposcopy, and LEEP.
  • Optional in-office procedures.
• Physicians can customize their practice according to clinical preferences.

Facilities and Workflow

• Dedicated OR time (two half-days each week).
• Easy access to minor procedures on non-OR days.
• Affiliated with a reputable health system.
• Level II NICU and modern birthing suites.
• Clinic and hospital are conveniently located within walking distance.

Compensation and Benefits

• Year 1 earning potential between $300,000 and $400,000+ (base salary plus productivity).

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO degree.
