Our organization is in search of a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to become part of our hospital-based, collaborative anesthesia team at our facility.

This position presents a stable, physician-led opportunity with outstanding compensation, flexible on-call options, and the chance to customize your work-life balance within a Level III Trauma Center environment.

Position Overview:

Base Salary: $520,000
Cardiac Stipend: $80,000
Additional Compensation: Quality Bonus
Time Off: A minimum of 8 weeks of vacation (potential to extend to 15 weeks based on call track)

Departmental Overview:

Become a part of a well-established and supportive team consisting of:

  • 16 full-time anesthesiologists
  • 2 part-time anesthesiologists
  • 2 full-time CRNAs
  • 2 anesthesia technicians

The case mix is diverse and includes:

  • Pediatric patients
  • Low-volume obstetrics
  • Trauma cases
  • Neurosurgery
  • Thoracic and vascular procedures
  • Cath lab interventions
  • Gynecology, general surgery, plastic surgery, orthopedics
  • Gastroenterology, oncology, ophthalmology, urology
  • Cardiac cases available based on interest and expertise
Call Structure Options:

First Call (In-House) Track
• 7 weeks of night call (7 PM - 7 AM), with a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule
• 7 additional post-call weeks, significantly enhancing total time off
• Guaranteed day off after call
• Ideal for those seeking maximum vacation time

Second Call (Backup) Track
• No in-house call requirement
• Approximately every 9th call rotation
• Lighter call responsibilities

Qualifications:
  • MD/DO board certified or board eligible
  • Completion of residency training from an ACGME-accredited anesthesiology program
