Our organization in Altoona, PA is on the lookout for a General Radiologist to become part of our esteemed healthcare system. The ideal candidate should have completed a residency in general radiology, possess an MD or equivalent degree, and be board-certified or board-eligible in Radiology, with the capability to secure an unrestricted Pennsylvania medical license.

Position Overview
  • Flexible work schedule options
  • Collaborate with a team of 19 Radiologists, including 6 specialists in Neuroradiology/MSK/Body Imaging, 2 Mammographers (one part-time), 2 Interventional Radiologists, and 2 Nuclear Medicine/PET Radiologists, along with physician extenders and nursing staff
  • Opportunity for an academic appointment if desired

  • Visa sponsorship available
  • Utilize Phillips iSite and Powerscribe, transitioning to Phillips Vue PACS. Cerner serves as the inpatient EMR, while EPIC will be implemented for outpatient services by fall 2025
