Job Description

Job Description
Join Our Team at a Leading Women's Healthcare Organization

At our organization, we prioritize our patients above all else. With 12 clinic locations and six hospitals throughout the Portland metropolitan area, we provide care to over 50,000 individuals annually, supporting them through every phase of life. As the largest independent women's health group in Oregon, we are entirely clinician-owned.

Why Choose Us?

Here are some compelling reasons why physicians are drawn to our organization:

  • Comprehensive Support: You will never feel isolated in your practice. Real-time backup from fellow physicians is an integral part of our operations, whether you are in the operating room, at the clinic, or navigating complex medical decisions.
  • Full-Scope Practice: Oregon's laws facilitate access to a complete range of OB/GYN services, including abortion, miscarriage management, and intricate family planning, allowing you to practice medicine based on evidence and your clinical expertise.
  • Flexible Practice Development: Our adaptable clinic templates and scheduling options enable you to cultivate a practice that aligns with your clinical passions while continuously enhancing your skills.
  • Long-Term Sustainability: Our collaborative call structures and team-oriented care promote excellent patient outcomes and ensure the longevity of our physicians' careers.
  • Supportive Culture: Work in an environment where teamwork is valued, relationships are nurtured, and shared responsibilities are part of daily life.

Our organization is committed to supporting you throughout your career journey:

  • Access to real-time consultations with experienced colleagues.
  • Partnership opportunities in the OR and clinical settings for additional perspectives.
  • Mentorship, collaboration, and peer networking opportunities.

Here, you will find:

  • Strong, collaborative teams of physicians.
  • A stable and experienced clinical support staff.
  • Meaningful connections with patients throughout various life stages.
Benefits We Provide

We offer a range of benefits to support your work-life balance and professional development:

  • A 4-day work week with flexible full-time equivalent (FTE) options.
  • Competitive compensation typical of private practice.
  • Eligibility for ownership after three years.
  • Continuing Medical Education (CME), malpractice coverage, parental leave, and a generous 401(k) contribution.
  • Dedicated surgical block time.

To join our team, you should possess the following:
