Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to patients and families throughout various stages of life.
• Develop and update patient care plans, ensuring coordination across different disciplines.
• Engage in shared accountability and collaborative decision-making regarding nursing practices.
• Utilize high-risk labor and delivery experience to enhance patient outcomes.
• Conduct fetal monitoring and provide antepartum care.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting.
• Current certifications in BLS and NRP are mandatory.
• Experience with the Epic electronic health records system is required.
