Nurse Practitioner - Family Medicine (Elm Road) Opportunity - North Central Indiana

Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated and mission-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) to become a part of our expanding Family Medicine team located in North Central Indiana.

We are the employed division of a prominent health system, encompassing over 20 practice locations and featuring more than 100 primary care and specialist physicians across St. Joseph, Marshall, and Elkhart Counties.

This role will be under the employment of a regional health system, affiliated with a well-known medical institution.
