NOTE: This position is primarily Remote but need to visit 3705 Quakerbridge Road, Hamilton, NJ when requested. Description: The Testing Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of the state’s Medicaid Enterprise System (MES) modernization. Operating in a hybrid delivery environment, this role is responsible for executing comprehensive testing strategies spanning both Agile software development sprints and formal Waterfall release milestones. The Testing Specialist ensures that all system modules meet rigorous functional and technical requirements by developing detailed use cases, managing defect lifecycles via Jira and HP ALM, and generating the strict Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) evidence necessary to achieve Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) certification.
