Child Psychiatrist IOP/PHP/ Outpatient - Loma Linda

Position Overview

Our organization is in search of a Board Certified or Board Eligible Child Psychiatrist to join our team in a role focused on the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough psychiatric evaluations.
• Managing medication regimens for patients.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary behavioral health team to create and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Supporting patient stability and recovery throughout their treatment journey.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $321,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure reflects the base compensation only and does not account for variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which are determined by departmental compensation structures.
