\n - To ensure the contract is fully compliant with company policies and procedures

\n - Previous experience in contract catering
\n - Experience of leading and managing teams to deliver results
\n - Track record of growing sales and retaining business
\n - Excellent written and oral communication skills
\n - Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and engage teams
\n - Ability to liaise with colleagues, customers and clients at all levels
\n - Quality and process driven with particular focus on delivering results
\n - Compliant with Company policies and procedures in line with client agreements
\n - IT Literate (MS Office, Email)
