Mobile Plant Fitter

Devine Plant Hire has been serving the construction industry with high-quality service for over 40 Years.

We are looking for an experienced heavy plant fitter to join our team to maintain our ever-growing plant fleet.

The role will be predominantly based around Sussex, Hampshire, Southampton, Surrey & Reading with occasional travel further afield. Plant yard is based in Bordon, Working hours are 5 days a week, times 7.00 to 16.30 with company van and fuel card.

The successful candidate must:

• Have strong experience in diagnosis of plant failure.
\n
• Be able to use a Mig & Arc welding equipment.
\n
• To undertake other service work and repair work to vehicles as and when required.
\n
• Have a Full UK Driving Licence for at least 3 years and have experience driving a 3.5 tonne vehicle (or similar).
\n
• Attention to detail.
\n
• Able to work under own initiative but also a team player.
\n

Should be competent and capable to carry out services and maintenance on the below equipment:

\n
• Excavators
\n
• Dumpers
\n
• Rollers
\n
• Telehandler
\n
• Experience of Hitachi, Thwaite, JCB plant is a plus.
