Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break

Job Responsibilities

• Shared hospital call at a ratio of 1 in 4
• Manage a patient load of 15 to 20 daily
• Care for 1 to 3 infants in the nursery
• Work in a home health environment
• Experience in a Level 1 nursery is essential
• Conduct emergency department consultations
• Receive call screening before provider contact

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly Rate: Between $125.00 and $150.00
• Rates are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications.
• All-inclusive rates cover base pay along with potential earnings from overtime, call, and holiday work.
