We are currently looking for a full-time Board Certified or Board Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our Sisters Health Center - D'Youville HUB location in Buffalo, NY.

Our organization is a multispecialty physician group affiliated with a prominent health system, featuring outpatient facilities throughout the Buffalo-Niagara Region. With robust support from a dedicated staff and ancillary services within a four-hospital integrated healthcare framework, we maintain a strong multi-specialty presence in Western New York.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family or Internal Medicine
• Must possess a current, unrestricted New York State medical license or have licensure in progress, active by the date of hire
• Must have current, unrestricted federal and, if applicable, state prescriptive authority
