We focus on family-based petitions, humanitarian relief (VAWA, U-visas, asylum), removal defense, and naturalization.\n

\n*Responsibilities*\n
\n
\n* Represent clients in immigration matters including [asylum, cancellation of removal, SIJS, VAWA, U-Visas, adjustment of status, naturalization, etc.]\n
\n* Prepare legal filings and appear before USCIS, EOIR, and other agencies as needed\n
\n* Conduct client consultations and build individualized case strategies\n
\n* Stay up to date with immigration law changes and policies\n
\n* Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants\n
\n
\n*Qualifications and Skills:*\n
\n
\n* J.D. and active license to practice law in any U.S. state\n
\n* 1–3+ years of experience in immigration law required\n
\n* Bilingual in English and Spanish *Required*\n
\n* Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills\n
\n* Excellent time management and organizational skills\n
\n* Empathetic communicator with a client-centered mindset\n
\n* Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing individual caseloads.\n

\nPay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year\n
