We are excited to present several opportunities for Outpatient Primary Care Physicians across various locations, all of which are recognized as certified Rural Health Clinics.

Join a reputable and expanding practice that boasts an established patient base. Enjoy a minimal on-call requirement, as the OSF After-Hours Call Center will handle initial calls, eliminating the need for inpatient duties. A group call rotation is in place to ensure balanced responsibilities.

Our organization offers flexible scheduling options, allowing for a 4-5 day work week. You will benefit from the integration of AI technology for efficient note-taking and have access to embedded Care Coordinators dedicated to assisting at-risk patients. Mentorship opportunities are also available, fostering professional growth within a supportive care team model.

The salary range for this full-time clinical position is estimated between $285,000 and $305,000. This range serves as a guideline and may vary based on factors such as the critical need for the role, overall experience, qualifications, community demand, and other relevant considerations. Additional compensation may include bonuses or incentives based on performance metrics.
