This role is hospital-employed and offers a fantastic work-life balance, featuring a call rotation of 1:8, a day off following on-call shifts, one holiday per year, and the option for at-home call.

Become part of a collaborative team consisting of 5 CRNAs and 4 Anesthesiologists. We warmly welcome new graduates to apply, as mentorship from experienced CRNAs is readily available. You will receive comprehensive support from physicians before, during, and after each procedure, with opportunities to teach student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (sRNAs).

Job Responsibilities

Under limited supervision, the CRNA will carry out clinical responsibilities guided by the Medical Director, Anesthesiologists, Surgeons, and other attending physicians. The selected candidate will be expected to:

• Maintain professional credentials and clinical expertise.
• Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care.
• Administer all types of anesthesia except for transplant cases.
• Engage in a team-oriented approach to anesthesia, providing regional anesthesia, general anesthesia, and Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC).

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package for the right candidate, which includes:

• Base salary of up to $286,700
• Bonuses totaling $90,000
• Relocation allowance of up to $15,000
