About the Role: We're seeking a Co-Medical Director / Veterinarian to join a collaborative team that values communication, mentorship, and exceptional animal care. This opportunity includes weekend coverage and blends hands-on medicine with shared leadership responsibilities focused on supporting hospital culture, medical quality, team development, and growth of the practice. As part of the team, you'll work alongside highly skilled RVTs and support staff who allow doctors to focus on practicing great medicine while delivering an experience that keeps clients saying "yes" to recommended care. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. The salary range for this opportunity is $140,000 - $200,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
