Per Diem: $100 per day worked
Schedule: 5x10s with an additional 8-hour shift every other week (approximately 58 hours/week)

Position Overview

CCS Construction is actively seeking experienced Pipefitters for an immediate opportunity supporting commercial construction projects at Air Force Base. This is an urgent opening with an imminent start date for qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate will have experience fitting carbon steel and stainless steel piping in commercial or industrial environments and be able to work safely while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.

Job Responsibilities

• Fit and install carbon steel and stainless steel piping systems.
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints, piping drawings, and isometric sketches.
\n
• Measure, cut, align, and assemble pipe for installation.
\n
• Install valves, flanges, supports, hangers, and related piping components.
\n
• Prepare piping for welding and pressure testing.
\n
• Verify proper alignment and system integrity before final installation.
\n
• Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and all site safety requirements.
\n
• Work closely with welders, plumbers, and other trades to complete project milestones.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Journeyman level pipefitting experience required.
\n
• Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial pipefitting experience.
\n
• Experience fitting both carbon steel and stainless steel piping.
\n
• Ability to read blueprints and piping isometrics.
\n
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
\n
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
\n
• Must meet all project onboarding requirements.
\n

Reporting & Onboarding

All candidates must:

• Report to the Union Hall for dispatch and onboarding.
\n
• Receive instructions to report to Air Force Base.
\n
• Complete all required on-site onboarding before beginning work.
\n

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $49.66/hour (Prevailing Wage)
\n
• Per Diem: $100 per day worked
\n
• Schedule: Five 10-hour shifts plus one 8-hour shift every other week (approximately 58 hours/week)
\n
• Start Time: 7:00 AM
\n
• Immediate Start Available
