We're looking for a commercially focused Senior Client Insight Analyst to help shape business decisions through data-driven insight. This role sits within a growing analytics team and focuses on understanding customer value, profitability, retention, growth and acquisition performance.

Senior Insight Analyst - What You'll Do

• Partner with stakeholders across commercial, product and customer teams to provide actionable insight.
\n
• Analyse customer behaviour, profitability, lifetime value and retention trends.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve commercial performance and customer experience.
\n
• Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and business actions.
\n
• Support strategic projects and help drive data-led decision making.
\n

Senior Insight Analyst - What We're Looking For

\n
• Experience in an analytical, commercial insight or customer analytics role.
\n
• Advanced SQL skills.
\n
• Experience working with cloud data platforms, particularly Snowflake.
\n
• Strong data analysis and data manipulation skills.
\n
• Experience using Python for analysis.
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and data storytelling skills.
\n
• Experience creating dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker or Sigma.
\n
• Commercially-minded with the ability to influence decision-making through insight.
\n
• Experience in commercially focused analytics such as finance, pricing, retention, acquisition, CRM or customer value analysis.
