Your new role As a Housing Officer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering effective tenancy management services across a defined patch. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, including anti-social behaviour (ASB), tenancy breaches, safeguarding concerns, and tenancy fraud, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
