Property Services Assistant

Your new companyWe are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Property Services Assistant to join a busy housing association on a temporary basis, with an immediate start available. This role offers the opportunity for extension and longer-term stability through to March 2027.Your new roleYou will play a key role in supporting the delivery of an efficient and customer-focused property and repairs service. Working within a fast-paced team, you will be responsible for coordinating repairs, liaising with tenants and contractors and ensuring excellent service delivery in line with organisational standards and KPIs.

• Act as a first point of contact for repairs and property-related enquiries
\n
• Raise and manage works orders in line with agreed procedures.
\n
• Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to schedule and progress repairs
\n
• Monitor jobs to ensure completion within agreed timescales and service level agreements (SLAs)
\n
• Maintain accurate records and update housing management/repairs systems
\n
• Provide high-quality customer service across phone, email, and digital channels
\n

What you'll need to succeed

\n
• Previous experience in a housing, property services, or repairs environment is highly desirable.
\n
• Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
\n
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
\n
• Experience working with repairs systems or scheduling/planning roles is advantageous.
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment
\n
• Must be immediately available
\n
