Estimator

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Estimator to work for a company on the outskirts of Horsham, West Sussex. The Estimator will monitor and respond to customer enquiries, providing quotations, drawings, project support etc.

Location: Office based, outskirts of Horsham, West Sussex. Own transport required

Estimator duties:

\n
• Prepare accurate quotations by reviewing customer enquiries, drawings, specifications, schedules etc
\n
• Work closely with customers and internal teams to confirm requirements
\n
• Maintain the quotation log and relevant systems so that the customer - project records are correct and up to date
\n
• Support the wider team with with pricing, quotation revisions, project queries and customer requirements
\n
• Attend internal, customer and online meetings
\n

Skills and experience:

\n
• Proven experience in a similar Estimator role within the Construction/Manufacturing sector, preparing estimates, quotations or tenders
\n
• Experience liaising with customers and working with technical drawings etc
\n
• Good IT skills, use of CRM / ERP systems
