Maintenance Electrician 📍 Central Belt, Scotland (Mobile Role) 💷 £45,000 + Company Van + Fuel Card + Benefits Are you an Approved Electrician looking for a mobile maintenance role with a leading Facilities Management provider? We're recruiting a Maintenance Electrician to join a growing FM team covering commercial sites across the Central Belt. The Role As a Maintenance Electrician, you'll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive electrical maintenance across a diverse portfolio of client sites. Key duties will include: '14; Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) '14; Responding to reactive maintenance and breakdowns '14; Fault finding and diagnosing electrical issues '14; Undertaking minor electrical installations and repairs '14; Emergency lighting maintenance and testing '14; Ensuring compliance with current electrical regulations '14; Completing maintenance reports and compliance documentation '14; Building positive relationships with clients and site teams '14; Participation in the on-call rota when required About You Essential '14; Approved Electrician '14; SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent) '14; 18th Edition Wiring Regulations '14; Previous experience within Facilities Management, Building Services, or Commercial Maintenance '14; Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills '14; Full UK Driving Licence Desirable ⭐ City & Guilds 2391, 2394 or 2395 Testing & Inspection ⭐ Experience carrying out electrical testing and inspection ⭐ Previous experience in a mobile engineering role What's on Offer? 💷 £45,000 Basic Salary 🚐 Company Van & Fuel Card 📱 Mobile Phone & Tablet ⏰ Overtime Opportunities 🏦 Pension Scheme 📚 Ongoing Training & Development 📈 Career Progression Opportunities 🏢 Varied Commercial FM Portfolio If you're an experienced Maintenance Electrician looking for a new challenge with a reputable FM provider, we'd love to hear from you.
