Aerospace Logistics Agent

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Air Logistics Aerospace Agent for a major Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Heathrow area.

Daily Duties:-

• Customer services (Highest level)
\n
• Follow any new systems procedures within the department
\n
• To take job orders from clients, that include routing, classifying of service type, establishing a deadline
\n
• Updating clients with any flight and customs delays
\n
• Submitting proof of deliveries to clients
\n
• Resolving any queries
\n
• Offering clients the company's full portfolio of services
\n
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
\n
• Communicate with service partners and keeping them all updated on shipments progress
\n

Required Experience:-

\n
• Experience in Aerospace field is preferred
\n
• Customer service experience within Airfreight
\n
• Knowldge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
\n
• Good written and verbal communications skills in English
\n

Working hours are Monday - Friday 12:00 - 21:00
