Role: Registered Manager – Children's Residential Care Location: Earls Barton, NN6 Hours: Full-time Salary: Up to £54,500 per annum + performance bonuses What will you be doing?\n

• Overseeing the day-to-day management of a small children's residential home for young people with EBD.
\n
• Leading, supervising and developing the staff team, including rotas, inductions and supervisions.
\n
• Managing Ofsted inspections, Regulation 44 visits and ensuring compliance with Children's Homes Regulations.
\n
• Working alongside an in-house psychologist to deliver therapeutic care.
\n
• Building positive relationships with local authorities, families and external professionals.
\n
• Promoting safeguarding and achieving positive outcomes for young people.
\n

Experience/qualifications required:\n

\n
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards).
\n
• Experience managing or deputising within a children's residential setting.
\n
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding and quality standards.
\n
• Minimum Level 3 Residential Childcare qualification (or equivalent).
\n
• Full UK Driving Licence.
\n
• Enhanced DBS.
\n
