Registered Dental Hygienist

No evening or weekend shifts required. Our office operates from Monday to Thursday, 7 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 7 AM to 1 PM.

We are in search of a Dental Hygienist who radiates positivity, possesses strong multitasking abilities, takes initiative, and is eager to learn.

Key responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

• Preparing dental hygiene instruments by sharpening, sterilizing, and selecting appropriate tools.
• Applying fluoride treatments and sealants to help prevent dental decay.
• Performing dental prophylaxis by removing deposits and stains from teeth and below gum lines.
• Identifying diseases through oral cancer screenings, examining gums, and using probes to detect periodontal issues and assess recession levels.
• Taking digital X-rays and utilizing an intraoral camera.
• Documenting conditions of dental decay and disease for the dentist's diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Familiarity with Eaglesoft/Dexis is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Time allocations: 1 hour for prophylaxis, 1.5 hours for scaling and root planing, and 1.5 hours for new patient appointments.
