Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated Neonatologist to enhance our team, focused on delivering exceptional care to newborns at our facility in Iowa.

Practice Highlights:
  • Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) featuring 10 beds
  • Average daily patient count of 5-6
  • Supportive atmosphere with a skilled NICU team
  • Opportunities for involvement in quality improvement projects and educational initiatives
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver specialized medical care for premature and critically ill infants
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best patient outcomes
  • Provide education to families and support staff regarding neonatal care
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Attractive salary of $346,920
