Speech Language Pathologist - Hospital Inpatient

Located in Lancaster, CA, this remarkable hospital serves as a Level 2 Trauma center, certified for stroke and cancer care, featuring 420 beds and one of the largest emergency departments on the West Coast, complete with a helipad. This environment ensures exposure to a diverse patient population that is often unavailable in other facilities.

We are looking for an Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist to become part of our dedicated team in Lancaster, CA! This role is available as a full-time position, with part-time and PRN options also offered. You will be responsible for delivering direct patient care and facilitating rehabilitation activities. All therapists receive a membership with Evidence In Motion (EIM), a Professional Development Program, making this an ideal opportunity for those passionate about ongoing education and professional growth.

• A genuine passion for serving others.
• AHA BLS certification is required.
• A valid California license as a Speech Language Pathologist or the ability to obtain one.

$44 - $60 per hour, plus up to a $5K sign-on bonus, 401(k) with a 4% match, complimentary continuing education, student loan reimbursement, and additional benefits.
