The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent potential and a favorable work-life balance, with no on-call duties or weekend shifts!

We are looking for a Full-Time provider (40 hours per week) to join our Uptown Rehabilitation Center in Albuquerque, NM. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant, and we encourage new graduates to apply.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $125,000, in addition to an uncapped incentive compensation productivity bonus.

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

In this position, the Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working in conjunction with other medical professionals. The goal is to fulfill our organization’s mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Advanced Practice Provider role must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. They should be certified as a Nurse Practitioner, having completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program is required, along with passing the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to obtain the PAC designation. State licensure and NCCPA certification are also necessary.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where practice regulations permit, the APRN must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state of practice. Similarly, the PA must have an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state in which they practice.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Salary Range

Annual Salary: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00
