Concrete Foreman- local (no per diem)

We are currently seeking a Lead Concrete Finisher / Crew Lead for a temp-to-perm opportunity with a growing construction company based near Horsham, PA. The ideal candidate will be located within a 60-mile radius and be interested in advancing into a Foreman role.

Position: Lead Concrete Finisher / Crew Lead (Foreman Trainee)
\n Location: Horsham, PA
\n Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00/hr
\n Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm
\n Start Date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities:

\n
• Lead and work alongside concrete crews on commercial and residential construction projects.
\n
• Perform concrete forming, placement, finishing, and related site work.
\n
• Operate construction equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
\n
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and construction drawings.
\n
• Coordinate daily tasks and help maintain project schedules.
\n
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
\n
• Assist with training and mentoring crew members.
\n
• Develop leadership skills with the goal of transitioning into a Foreman position.
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Previous experience in a Lead Concrete Finisher, Crew Lead, or similar leadership role.
\n
• Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods and procedures.
\n
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
\n
• Experience operating construction equipment and machinery.
\n
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
\n
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to local jobsites.
\n
• OSHA certification is preferred but not required. The company is willing to provide OSHA training for the right candidate.
