Are you an ambitious, qualified accountant looking to step into a highly visible role within a fast-paced, international environment? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Financial Reporting Manager to join a high-performing EMEA finance function within a globally recognised professional services organisation. This is a fantastic chance to play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement across multiple jurisdictions.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead and deliver month-end close processes, including journals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
\n
• Prepare and review management accounts and financial reporting to tight global deadlines.
\n
• Oversee statutory accounts preparation across UK and international entities.
\n
• Support external audit processes and ensure timely, compliant filings.
\n
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and transactions across multiple jurisdictions.
\n
• Take ownership of VAT returns and wider tax compliance requirements.
\n
• Partner with internal teams and external advisors to ensure consistency and accuracy in reporting.
\n
• Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and finance transformation initiatives.
\n
• Mentor and support junior team members.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA) with 3–5 years PQE.
\n
• Background in audit or financial reporting, ideally within professional services or a complex multi-entity environment.
\n
• Strong experience in statutory accounts, VAT, and financial compliance.
\n
• Exposure to international operations and multi-currency environments.
\n
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
\n
• A proactive, “can-do” approach with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities.
\n
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across finance and non-finance teams.
\n
