Casualty RI Claims Technician

We are looking to hire, on behalf of a leading Lloyds Broker, for a Claims Technician to join their dynamic team in London.

This role is ideal for a 2nd jobber with 1-3 years’ experience in claims who is ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll be responsible for managing claims from notification through to settlement, working closely with brokers, underwriters and third parties, while supporting senior colleagues on complex cases from a technical standpoint. This vacancy focuses predominantly on Casualty RI claims and is a part of a leading team with ample workload from Day 1.

The successful candidate will bring strong communication skills and a proactive, detail-driven approach to be able to process and lead claims. You will also need prior claims experience within the Lloyds or London Insurance Market.
