We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Orthopaedic Surgeon to join our well-established team at Great Lakes Physician Practice, part of an integrated health system. This role focuses on delivering exceptional general orthopaedic care within a community-oriented environment in Western New York, with a particular emphasis on adult reconstruction.

• Collaborative Team: Join two seasoned orthopaedic surgeons at UPMC Chautauqua, recognized as a Center of Excellence for Orthopaedics.
• Support Staff: Benefit from a dedicated team of seven Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) assisting in various settings including the office, operating room, and hospital.
• UPMC Partnership: Access a broader network of specialists and resources, with UPMC Hamot providing essential administrative and business support to our practice.
• Technology Integration: Utilize a fully integrated Epic electronic medical record system throughout the health network.
• Strong Referral Network: Enjoy a robust primary care referral base that ensures a steady patient volume and continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical institution
• Completion of an accredited Orthopaedic Surgery Residency Program
• American Board Eligible or Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery
  • Fellowship training in adult reconstruction is advantageous but not mandatory
• Eligibility for an unrestricted New York Medical License and necessary credentials
• DEA certification

Minimum Salary Range: $645,000 | Maximum Salary Range: $731,000+
