Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-focused gynecologic care, with an emphasis on preventive wellness, screenings, and expert diagnosis and treatment of women's health issues.
- Engage in a balanced call rotation supported by a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Maintain a clinical schedule of 8 patient sessions each week.
- Participate in a 1:8 call rotation.
- Guide a multidisciplinary care group by sharing best practices, protocols, and excellence in patient service.
- Utilize advanced technologies and innovative methods to enhance clinical quality, efficiency, and the overall patient experience.
- Stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices to provide cutting-edge treatments to patients.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation within the EMR to support continuity of care and compliance with legal and professional standards.
Qualifications:
- Board certification from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Outstanding diagnostic and decision-making abilities, with a knack for solving complex problems accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, both with patients and colleagues.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach that guarantees the highest standard of patient-centered care.
- Open to both newly trained and seasoned OB/GYN physicians.
- An active Maryland medical license is preferred.

Annual compensation ranges from $250,000 to $350,000, depending on years of experience.
