Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to become part of our established outpatient clinic, located in Waterloo, Iowa. Position Highlights

• Collaborate with a dedicated team consisting of 3 physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP).

• Participate in a call schedule of 1:4, with nurse triage support; no hospital call required.
• Focus exclusively on outpatient care; no hospital rounds involved.
• Work from a single clinic location equipped with on-site laboratory and imaging services.

• Share the facility with pediatric care services.

Compensation & Benefits

• Receive a 2-year income guarantee of $290,191 per year, along with performance incentives.
