Position Overview

We are looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join our vibrant care team. This position involves delivering patient-focused, high-quality medical care and acting as a clinical resource for other physicians, mid-level providers, and nursing staff. The physician will adhere to our organization's policies and procedures, contributing to the mission of a Patient-Centered Medical Home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive care, including routine check-ups, acute illness consultations, family planning, and more.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
  • Prepare billing charges and complete tasks in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Make appropriate referrals for testing, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.
  • Engage in daily huddles, peer reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise and mentor residents, medical students, and allied health professionals.
  • Support accreditation readiness and the achievement of clinical goals.
  • Oversee clinical care provided by mid-level providers, laboratory staff, and nursing personnel.
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited medical school and residency program.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Valid Medical License in the State of Florida and DEA Registration Certificate.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (Board Certification must be obtained within one year if eligible).
  • Dedication to maintaining continuing education credits.
