Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Required experience in pediatrics
• Proficient in caring for students with tracheostomies (Trachs)
• Experienced with G-Tube management, including suctioning and tube feeding
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily care for two elementary students in the same classroom
• Carry out trach care duties as needed
• Manage all aspects of G-Tube care, including suctioning and feeding
• Work closely with two dedicated teacher aides, fostering a collaborative atmosphere
• Monitor, document, and report on student progress alongside school staff
