Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Hamilton, OH

Two openings are available: one is a full-time assignment for the entire school year, and the other covers a 0.8 FTE maternity leave from August 19 through September 30. Both roles are located in a supportive, collaborative school environment near Hamilton, OH.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active ASHA CCC certification required
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working in a K-12 school setting is preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to culturally responsive and student-centered practices

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ academic and social success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in school meetings, parent conferences, and professional development activities
