Accountant Assistant

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts & Administration Assistant to join a busy team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and accounts experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Raise purchase orders
\n
• Process supplier invoices accurately
\n
• Obtain relevant authorisations and approvals
\n
• Prepare and process payments
\n

Accounts Receivable

\n
• Raise and issue invoices to clients
\n
• Maintain accurate customer records
\n
• Support the timely collection of outstanding payments
\n

Administration

\n
• Conduct vetting and compliance checks
\n
• Manage insurance documentation and renewals
\n
• Assist with van fleet administration and management
\n
• Maintain records, paperwork, and general office administration
\n
• Provide ad hoc support across the wider team as required
\n

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an accounts and administrative role, possess excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable working independently while managing multiple priorities.
