What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a 1:1 nurse for a medically fragile elementary student, providing compassionate, high-quality care throughout the first half of the school day.
• If interested in a full-time schedule, work as both RN and paraprofessional, supporting the student’s learning and daily needs in the classroom environment.
• Partner with school staff and families to ensure the well-being and safety of your assigned student, following all nursing protocols and school guidelines.
• Start the new academic year with an August 24th launch and contribute throughout the full school year in a stable, supportive setting.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RN license in Missouri required
• Previous school nursing or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Flexibility to work part-time (as RN) or full-time (RN/Paraprofessional hybrid)
• Commitment to a full school year assignment
