Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current, active OT license in New York State

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Maintain clear, compliant documentation and progress monitoring
