School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Coolidge, Arizona

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Current RN license in the state of Arizona (in good standing)
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Ability to manage and implement student-specific healthcare plans
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Experience supporting students on bus rides is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to the assigned student as outlined in the medical reports and care plan
• Accompany and support the student on daily bus rides to and from school
• Administer medications and monitor health conditions during the school day
• Respond to health emergencies and communicate promptly with guardians and school staff
• Maintain accurate health documentation and follow up as needed
