Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Registered Nurse license in South Carolina
• Pediatric nursing experience required
• Background in school settings preferred
• Proficiency with Tracheostomy (Trach) care is essential
• G-Tube management, including suctioning and tube feeding, required
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities
• Able to work both independently and within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide dedicated care for two elementary-aged students within the same classroom
• Perform all necessary Trach and G-Tube procedures
• Partner with two teacher aides, contributing to a team-oriented, supportive atmosphere
• Monitor, document, and report on student health and progress
• Liaise with families, educators, and support staff to coordinate student care and optimize outcomes
