School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) - Kennewick, Washington

• Administering first aid and routine medical care to students and staff

• Dispensing medications in accordance with physician instructions and district policy
• Coordinating with parents, educators, and other professionals to support student wellbeing
• Providing health education to students, staff, and families
• Maintaining accurate health records and documentation in compliance with state and federal requirements
• Responding to medical emergencies and collaborating with community health agencies as needed

We are looking for candidates with:

• An active, unencumbered RN license valid in Washington State
• Previous experience as a school nurse or in pediatric/adolescent settings strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication and organization skills
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within the school community
• A caring demeanor and the ability to build trust with students and families
• Up-to-date CPR and First Aid certification
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems a plus
