Role Highlights:

• Work with a diverse and significant caseload, supporting students with behavioral and developmental needs, including toileting and diapering as required.
• Flexibility is crucial—you may be reassigned to different school sites or age groups at any time to best serve student needs.
• Reliable, personal transportation is necessary to ensure timely arrival each day; public transportation is not considered sufficient.
• Immediate fingerprinting following offer acceptance, per district policy. Please note: any felony or misdemeanor charges will result in disqualification.
• School day start times: 7:40 AM for elementary and 8:00 AM for middle/high school placements.

Desired Background & Skills:

• Proven experience in K-12 school settings, ideally with a strong behavioral intervention background.
• Demonstrated ability supporting students with significant or severe caseloads.
• Experience assisting with personal care tasks in an educational context.
• Adaptable and resourceful, with a commitment to supporting a high-needs student population.
• Must provide two completed professional RefAssured references at the time of application. Applications lacking references will not be considered.
